About PÁVI Medical Aesthetics
PÁVI Medical Aesthetics was formed with the goal of providing quality aesthetic procedures that combine medical knowledge, scientifically backed products with a relaxing environment where our clients can can enjoy spending some time on themselves.
We offer a variety of treatments, all of which are carried out by our Registered Aesthetic Nurse who is qualified and insured, so you can feel safe knowing your treatments are carried out by an experienced professional.
Our belief is that everybody deserves to feel great about the way they look, regardless of gender, age or profession - get in touch with us, we'd be delighted to meet you!
Our Promise To You
Photographs
We will never digitally alter our result photos. It’s not honest, or realistic. You may see blood, post procedure swelling or even the odd bruise. We don’t disguise these, as it isn’t a transparent representation of the realities of aesthetic treatments.
We will only post photos on our socials for marketing purposes after receiving approval from our clients, photos will be taken before and after each treatment regardless for insurance purposes.
Free Consultations
We will never charge you for a consultation. It doesn’t benefit you to pay for a professional opinion on a treatment you may not need, or aren’t sure that you really want. We feel this could pressure you to follow through with unnecessary treatments, just because you’ve already invested money for advice.
Natural Results
We will never carry out aesthetic treatments on clients we feel really don’t need it, and reserve the right to turn you away. We may suggest alternate treatments if we feel your aesthetic goals don’t align with the treatment you want. For example, suggesting elective dissolving and starting again if you’re looking to change your lip shape, but have already undergone many filler treatments to the point of migration.
No Pressure
Nobody needs aesthetic treatments, let’s make that clear. However, if you want to treat yourself to a treatment which you feel will make you happier, we’re all for it.
If you change your mind, that’s okay too! We will never pressure you into receiving any treatments.

Aesthetic Registered Nurse
Danni is an NMC registered nurse with many years of experience working on medical wards. After finishing her degree in Psychology, Danni sought some clinical experience so began working as a healthcare assistant, and fell in love with nursing. After 6 months, she began her postgraduate diploma and trained through the pandemic, qualifying in 2021.
Danni has always held an interest in all things beauty, and wanted to pursue a career in aesthetics after qualifying from her nursing degree. Deciding to wait until she had graduated was well worth it. Having the knowledge and experience of the medical field ensures that each treatment is delivered safely.
Danni gained her qualifications for dermal filler & anti-wrinkle procedures in May 2022 and has continued to add more treatments to her services since.
After qualifying, Danni spent months working under highly experienced doctors which only added to her knowledge of aesthetic procedures, before founding PÁVI Medical Aesthetics.
